Review - L'Oreal Superliner

I've become a bit obsessed lately with buying liners. I've bought pencils, liquid and cream liners and keep going back to this bad boy. This liner is hands down one of the best liquid eyeliners I've tried.  The applicator is a flexible slim felt tip, rather than a brush or firm tip as most eyeliners have. I think this is why it is so easy to use, it gives a smooth line and glides accross the eye very easily. The formula is long lasting and a deep true black colour which is quite easy to remove. Defo one to buy...xx

Last weekend was my birthday..the big 33. I celebrated over 2 weekends and kept the weekend free of the my birthday to spend time with Danny boy and David. Here's a few pics of what i got up to.

 Now to the good stuff.....The pressies....and hubbie spoilt me. He got me Womanity Perfume by Thierry Mulger-this is fab...I normally would wear Alien by Thierry Mulger, they are both so different but have a distinctive smell.

I got Dior Nude Skin Foundation, Dior Lipstick 649 - Rose Mythique and Dior Eyeshadows....x

AAAnd the one thing I've wanted for ages...A  ZUCA PRO CASE!!!!!..I  was like a child with at Christmas...For anyone buying a pro makeup case..this is the mother ship....love love love it!!!

I had an amazing time at the IMATS in London. I went with Elaine from Blush Make Up Boutique in Galway and saw and met some amazing artists. I haven't been to London in years, its amazing but soooo not me. I've never felt like such a fat frump in my life. Everyone is so funky, skinny and cool and there we were, 2 mammies trying to figure out tubes, dragging our suitcases behind us, waiting to be mugged (I've defo watched way to much CSI). We only found Alexandra Palace because we decided to follow people who looked like make up artists...lol. I spent a small fortune, picked up some brushes, makeup palettes, hit sleek makeup, guru makeup emporium, got a lully brush belt and lots of NYX products. My all time favourite MAC eyeshadow

If I could only have one MAC eyeshadow for the rest of my life, it would be Club eyeshadow. This colour is a duo-chrome colour, its a dark brown fused with green. The beauty of this colour is, that you only need this one shade. As you blend this colour out, the colour changes...so its one colour that looks like 2. You would just pat this on the lid up to your eye crease, and then with a blending brush blend it out along the crease line. Then just pop some black eyepencil on the upper and lower waterline, add mascara and your done. It's so versatile, it's a colour that can be taken from day to night. This looks great on all skin tones and eye colour. 

It's deep and sultry look and you can create a gorgeous smoky eye if you want to try something different to black or dark brown.
